JumpRopeSprint activity involves running as fast as possible
while jumping rope once per stride.

I am thrilled to say that Buddy Lee endorses the activity, and we have made a brief training video to get you started on your own JumpRopeSprint pursuit.  Also, we have formed a JumpRopeRun™ governing body to regulate the sport, sanction events, acknowledge records, etc.

 
         

Why is JumpRopeRun™ racing going to take off?

2. It combines elements of two well-known activities – running and jumping rope.
